My AOS time line is:

Sept/8/2020: Sent package (without i-944) I had tons of bona fide marriage evidences included: all kinds of bills (vet/gas/electricity/water/ring/wedding), bank (joint bank statement, scanned same number credit cards, letter from bank stating that we are sharing the same account), membership (gym, costco, target, zoo, companion flight), I am the beneficiaries on my husband’s life insurance & retirement plans, my name is covered in my hubby health insruance, pictures ( from dating time to wedding)

Sept/10/2020: Received by USCIS

Sept/24/2020: Checks were cashed 

Oct/5/2020: Got 4 receipts in hands

I am looking forwards to biometrics appointment but not (although I know in my mind that I cannot skip it haha) to i-944

09/23 - Package sent to the USCIS Chicago lockbox

09/25 - Package delivered 

10/07 - Credit card charged 

We did not submit the I-944 with the package, but we're preparing the documents so we can send it off as soon as we get the RFE. 

 

Update on our timeline: 

On Sunday (10/11) I received text messages with the receipt numbers. I have not received the NOA in the mail yet.

9/21/20 — package received/signed for

10/4/20 — personal checks taken out 

10/6/20 — received 4 texts application received with receipt # (i130/i485/i765/i131)

 

Physical receipts should be arriving by next week. Will provide an update when received.

They received our AOS package on September 30. Checks cashed and text NOA on October 13 & 14. Guessing physical NOA will come next week.

I got an NOA of rejection on my I-765 today because I used the outdated form.

 

I've gotten no other notices so far on my entire package. I feel like everyone else is faster than I am because I was Sept 11th reception date but October 10 NOA letter date.

 

I'm also expecting a i944 RFE. I wonder if I should try and resubmit I-765 together with my I944 or separately.

We had the same issue, before you resend the updated i-765 form. Make sure you attach a copy of your accepted i-485 receipt (797 c) and rejected i-765 (797 c) receipt so they know that you filed concurrently.

If you mean NOA in mail, it took us 1 week from when we received our text messages. 
 

10/6/20 - received texts (i130/i485/i765/i131)

10/14/20 - received 4 separate letters in mail (i130/i485/i765/i131)

I would send the i765 in ASAP because we don’t know when you will receive  i944 RFE. Could be a while, I would not wait. Weird you only got NOA on i765 and nothing for i485? Pretty sure you re-send the updated i765 with i485 receipt so you don’t need to pay the fee... maybe someone can provide insight on this.
