My divorced is not yet finalized, so Im having some issues filling the I-751. can you guys help me with that?

1 - ex: Marital Status: should I put Married or Divorced ( my divorce is not yet finalized)

2- if the marriage ended, provide the date of the divorce: divorce not yet finalized. what should I put here?

3- a part 4 - information about the US citizen ( Do I really have to put information about my ex-spouse, Like his address, etc. )

4- Part 8 ( where spouse signs ), the whole section, should I leave N/A?

5- USCIS online account number ( I dont have that number?? )

6- Joint filing ( part 3 ) - do I leave empty boxes?

That form is really that simple????

Thanks

Yes you can file I-751 alone before the divorce is final and they will RFE you for the divorce decree, so you've got basically as much time as it'll take them to look at the case and issue the RFE + 87 days to get it finalized.

If you want to proceed right now:

1. Put your current marital status, so married.

2. Write in "See explanation" with a pen. Put the explanation on the last page that you are currently in divorce proceedings and aren't sure when you'll get a final judgement of divorce.

3. Yes.

4. Leave blank or put in N/A in each box

5. Don't worry about it. They sometimes issue that number for GC and DACA renewals. Chances are that you don't have one and if you do and don't remember it's not a big deal.

6. Yep, leave the joint filing boxes alone. Instead check 1.d. under "Waiver or Individual filing request". You can also check 1.e. or/and 1.g. if you think they're applicable.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.
