Please add your country to your profile because when it is submitted is specific to the country. But no, it is not submitted at time of submission of the I-I29f. It will be submitted either prior to the interview or at the interview.

If those are different (and note you can interview at the consulate that handles immigrant and immigrant intent visas anywhere you're a legal resident; you do not need to return to your country of citizenship to interview), choose the country you'll be interviewing in for your profile and timeline, as it will help others give you more accurate and useful information.

Awesome, thanks. Now if you click on Kenya on your profile you should be brought to the Kenya portal and be able to see other Kenya members, their posts, reviews of the consulate, etc.
