Order to upload bona fide evidence for I-130 online?

HI,

Im starting to fill I-130 online and unsure about the upload section. We have been together 8 years and married 3 so have many printed emails of about 50 plane tickets , years of her as AU on credit card statements, We made 8 photos per page for an 8 year collage from FB posts with hundreds of likes. 3 years of Taxes married filing separately. I highlighted names and dates on credit card statements for wedding related costs. On some printouts I wrote with magic marker saying whats what on each page. It definitely looks homemade and not from a lawyer lol.

My question is when uploading can you change the order of documents  before submission? Or should start with cover letter and upload in the order that my letter states? I guess each credit card statement and ticket should be loaded individually? Not a compressed file for all plane tickets, a file for all bank statements, etc. Finally is there a max limit for the amount of pages you can individually submit? Mine would be around 50 pages or more. I couldn't find any info on this. And does neatness count? I hope not ha.

Thanks!

Stephen

There is no mention in the instructions about a limit on the number of pages, but there is a limit to the size in MB per file that you can upload.  The upload order does not matter.  Just make sure to upload each file under the correct section.

As for neatness, there is no requirement, but you would want to make it easier for the USCIS adjudicator to do their job.  For example, by putting a clear description for each photo (who, what, when, where).  And I suggest putting less than 8 photos per page.  Make sure your faces can be seen clearly.

By the way, passport stamps and boarding passes are stronger evidence than plane tickets, as anybody can buy then cancel tickets.  Also, you don't need to submit your tax returns with the petition as you will be uploading those at the NVC stage anyway.

Good luck on your journey!
