When did you get the ROC reminder in the mail?

I can submit I-751 in just about two weeks, and I haven't received anything. I submitted the change of address forms about 10 months ago, and haven't received any sort of confirmation. Should I have? Is it possible that USCIS doesn't have our updated address (which has a PO Box as a mailing address on top of the physical address, adding to the possible confusion).

If my change of address forms were undelivered, do I just fill out I-751 like nothing happened with our new address?

Sort of related: has anyone had issues with different mailing addresses? That is, USCIS sending notices to the physical address, rather than a mailing address?

I have the option to put my physical/mailing address as:

123 Name Street - 456

Where 123 Name Street is my physical address, and 456 is the PO Box. Alternatively, I have the PO Box as a mailing address. Not sure if it's better to do the "- 456" or keep them separate. If it gets cut off, I won't get the mail.

They don't send the reminder letters to everyone. Not sure why. Can't speak to address changes 'cause I've never done it.

The notice date on my reminder letter is March 20, 2019 and then it probably took a few days for the letter to reach me. My window for ROC opened up on April 19, 2020. So about a month in advance, if you receive one at all (many don't, and you don't need one either).

I also moved last year, made the change right away but I got an email (subject is:"Address Change Request Confirmation") from  USCIS-CaseStatus@dhs.gov to confirm the new address. I didn't get any ROC reminder in the mail, filled my i-751in time and they mailed me the NOA at the good address.

I-751:

07/09: Package received by uscis

07/14: Credit card charged

07/16: Text notification (YSC center)

07/22: Fingerprints applied to my case

07/30: NOA

Last year, I submitted the AR-11 form online, got a confirmation # afterwards.

USCIS sent my notice to file form I-751 to my old address even though I changed my address as per above. The notice date was 3/18/20. Good thing we had signed up for USPS Informed Delivery mail forwarding service. I received the notice on 4/6/20, the day my ROC window opens.

Submitted my package on 4/11. NOA received on 4/20, now sent to current address.

When filling up info on the form, I answered YES to Question #22 and included our old address on Part 11, Additional Information.
