Our case has been sitting at MTL since interview in March.

I was staring at our case status "Refused" since March and it finally changed to "administrative processing" and there seems to be good news with their twitter too!

I'm so happy K1 cases are finally getting processed because I know so many people are sad and worried away from their SO.

Personally I was worried my fiance would have to invest another thousand of dollars just to do another medical, but hopefully our visa gets issued before then.

This is the good news we've been waiting for!!!! Hooooooraaaay!!!

😆

I'm temperately excited by the movement I've seen.  I received my P4 March 16th, but when I tried to set up interview date (same day) I was told they had stopped already. Is there a Canada K1 specific thread around? I have questions about the medical and the interview, but searching through all the forums is proving challenging.

What are your questions and I'll try and point you in the right direction.

Has anyone heard if any of the cancelled K1 Visa interviews have started to get scheduled or people starting to received packets?

I wasn’t canceled but I’m pending waiting for packet 3.

Still so happy that this is happening we are on the move 🥳
