National Benefit center in Missouri, most likely going to have an interview at your local USCIS office.

Yes she can travel with the NOA (receipt notice) should have received already. The recept notice has a 24 month or (18 months) extension extending proof of her legal permanent residency  for travel, new job or driver license.

Extension letter plus expired conditional green card = proof to travel for 18 or 24 months after expiration of the green card.

If you have filed an i751 and got the receipt notice you are good to travel.

Wow, I did not know that.  Thanks.  Her date of notice is 4/27/21.  so with 18 month extension, we should be able to beat summer 2022 timeline.

USCIS is sending updated NOAs with a 24 month extension letter for those that have an I751 pending and got the 18 month version. Look for a letter from USCIS in the near future.

Way down the road if needed you can get an i551 stamp for your passport for proof of your LPR status after the extension letter expires. You would call USCIS for an infopass appointment to get the stamp at your local USCIS office.

After 15 months our case was transferred from the Potomac Service Center to the National Benefits Center to "speed up processing."  Hopefully this is a good thing.

Same situation for us, but my wife’s biometrics were waived. Hopefully you’ll be transferred as well.

Is anyone else here still waiting for their I-751 to complete processing?   I waited 10 months to gt a biometrics appointment.  Did the appointment last August and still nothing!!! No interview planned just a letter the they are extending the etension from 18 months to 24. Unbelievable!!!!  Now the process time on USCIS went from 15 month to 31 months to 16 months -32 months.  Feeling somewhat discouraged.  Anyone have any encouragement?   Anyone else moving in process?   WEevapplied December 21, 2019 Seattle office but was sent to Nebraska office!  Love to hear from others.

I had my interview Jan 5th in Albany NY (AOS interview was in NYC). It was literally six minutes long. He took out the I-751 application and went through the first three pages asking us our names, birth days, place of birth, socials, marriage date and place, address, height/weight. He also looked at our photos very quickly, and took our updated documents. He said he would approve the application that day... so I anxiously check my mailbox everyday lol.... I don't think I'll actually believe it until my card is in my hands. When we were going through security, the security guards were talking to each other and were surprised that there were actually appointments happening that day/week because "there are, like, no cases." I have no idea what that means, but there were only around five other people there.

We had submitted our address change docs (AR-11 and I-865) in November, but by the time an officer had looked at them, we'd been scheduled for an interview, so we got a notice saying that they wouldn't accept our change of address and to file them at the interview. The officer took my docs (AR-11) but didn't want the I-865, and just crossed out our old address on the I-751 and wrote in the new one.

I also received my 24 month extension letter while waiting for my interview.

My case... Well my wife's case... We submitted everything Sept 2020. We got the 18 month extension Oct 2020. And my wife did biometrics DEC 2020. We got the update they are ready to schedule an interview by Aug 2021. And in DEC 2021 we got the 24 month extension letter.

How much more long could this go? Our status is still the same as Aug 2021... Saying they are ready to schedule an interview. (My wife's GC expired Nov 2020)

We have a 14 month old son. So when they eventually schedule an interview, it would be great take our son to the interview as well right?

My wife's has been here in the US for 3 years and 2 months now. Is it good to apply for citizenship now?
