Does anyone have any idea  how long it takes after you  have  had your  biometrics  appointment for the process to finish to lift conditions  Green card? Also is there an interview  required?

Says 17 to 36.5 months in the processing times page. Having Biometrics a year after filing is a long time. I would start to look for things at the 17 mark.

Do you mean waiting another 17 months or in the 17th month.  Yes 11 months is a long time to wait for biometrics for sure!

The Processing times for the I 751 as a whole is 17 Months to 33 Months...... A year to wait for Biometrics is a long time.

Hi all

Im assuming that many of you are staring your N400 application.

I have a question please. Under N-400 Part 10 No.3

How man times have you been married (including annulled marriages, marriges to other people, and marriages to the same person)?

If my current wife is my first and only marriage, what is the answer to this question? 0 or 1?

Please help. Thank you

My case is also ready to be scheduled for an interview. Does anyone know if this is a bad thing? I always assumed that if you needed an interview it's because they have doubts on the validity of your marriage? Our marriage is solid and we submitted everything, pictures and all. We didn't get an RFE so this comes as a surprise.
