ok just curious how many Sept 2020 filers are still waiting ? Our case was received 9/29/2020. Havent heard anything since our Fingerprints were reused back in Oct.

We filed around the same exact date at the YSC service center. We only ever received a letter on 10/20/20 stating they received our package and the letter would act as an (I think) 18 month extension from the date of my Husband's expired green card. We can use the letter to travel, etc. We haven't received any other updates for biometrics or an interview and our portal online only last shows the letter from October acknowledging receipt.

Ok, We are both from EAC, you files about a month after me. Both from Philippines. I heard at 9:30 am last Tuesday....... I would be expecting you will hear in the next few weeks. There is no warning sign the e-mail just shows up. I had checked my status at 7:30 that morning.

We both are! No rhyme or reason the way they operate. I got about a month and then N-400 here we come. I never want to talk to these people(USCIS) again

Hi Everyone, especially EAC filers.

This morning at 9:30 I got an e-mail stating new card ordered. 315 days into the process. No interview or RFE. Stay positive if your still waiting. Notifications come when you least expect them.

That's amazing news, congrats Bob!

I'm at 298 myself now, so I'm hoping my RFE for my decree will be coming soon.

Feeling pretty frustrated with YSC/Potomac... Can't enquire as they're only accepting enquiries for cases on or before October 19, 2019 atm.

I apply for citizenship in 3 weeks! Can't wait to never talk to them again. 😄

Had my Biometrics on 11th of this month, the next day my case updated to RFE (Which I assume they're asking for my divorce decree, because I didn't have it when I originally filed my application).

Looks like things are finally starting to move along after 11 months, now to just wait for the letter in the mail.

Hello there September filers.

Does anyone have any idea  how long it takes after you  have  had your  biometrics  appointment for the process to finish to lift conditions  Green card? Also is there an interview  required?
