Hey everybody!

In May our file was transferred to the National Benefits Center in MO for processing. This morning (7/1) I got an update saying that our case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. Feeling pretty devastated. We've had the toughest year. And that application was super detailed.. we included everything possible ever.

Anyone wanna give me some hopeful thoughts?

You could apply for citizenship as soon as you are able to. It seems it could speed up your pending case and maybe get a combo interview.

I can understand why you are feeling devastated. Your conditional green card was approved 10 days before your 2 year anniversary. You presented all kinds of evidence for AOS and ROC. I am hopeful that USCIS will waive your interview. So who knows? Maybe whoever gets your file next will just approve it. :) MSC has been waiving interviews for those who had an AOS interview.

05-07-2021 - I-751 received in Arizona.

Does anyone knows what happens after we file e request for case outside of processing time? We are at SRC and they are processing January applications so we are 3 month behind the processing time. We applied for e request and the page said that they will reply mid july. But we did not receive any email confirmation.

Can anybody advise what we should expect and what can we do in case we do not get a reply.  Thank you all

My packet was super detailed and had plenty of documentation, including the birth certificate of our first child and we had an interview on Friday last week. 5hr round road trip and we were there a total of 20mins. The interviewer asked the most basic questions and even said, that it was just a formality. I wouldn’t get too worried about the fact that you have to be interviewed! And now a week later, I am in possession of my 10yr GC :) came in the mail today

Hey everyone, I just got my appointment date for biometrics. Quite a surprise as I decided to not worry about immigration timelines anymore. I send paperwork last September. To anyone who is waiting, it's coming.

Hi I just received a letter from USPS with a date time and location to " Appear at the ASC for Biometrics submission"

A bit surprised bc the online still shows as below. I thought the Biometric would be reused or waived. From what ive read on the forums it seems like we will be scheduled for an interview as well. Question does anyone know if we can do a walk in for Biometrics? I did a walk in when applying for adjustment of status (even though a date and time was scheduled) but i know times have changed so...

Jsut FYI notice date for Biometirc is 6/25/21. mailed 6/29/21. recived 7/6/21

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

On December 9, 2020, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Numbers SRC
