I am sorry? They are changing from the 3 years to 5 years? Do you have a link when that takes effect?

No they're not changing it, I got divorced so I can no longer apply under the 3 year rule and have to wait the additional 2 years.

Sorry to hear that. They probably delivered it to your address but with the wrong zip code... try to check your address with the zip code you have. Good luck

Hi everyone! I filed my I-751 on 9/1 from Texas, biometrics were used a month later, then got a notice on 10/27 that my case was transferred to the NBC for faster processing. Since then nothing. I see a lot of people who had their cases transferred to the NBC in December and have theirs approved already. Just wondering if anyone else had their case transferred in October and still didn't get approved. Thank you!

157 days and I've not even heard anything about biometrics yet haha.

I'm curious if it'll be less than a year or closer to 2 years by time I receive my RFE. (They still need my divorce decree). I was planning to hold off moving till after the process, but honestly I'll probably just move at the end of the year regardless and just do a change of address. (Just moving to a different part of the city).

How long do we think it'll take for my fellow MSC'ers

I would call and make info pass appointment. You have to call the uscis helpline and then an appointment rep calls you back within 7 days. I just had my info pass appointment, it took 5 minutes and I got my passport stamp. I feel so much better now that I have it, I would definitely get one. I have been waiting 7 months and have had absolutely no correspondence from uscis. Its disgraceful.

Hey guys!
long time no see!
I’m MSC and nothing has happened since 133 days :( I guess I’m in for a long wait! I was hoping that my fingerprints and biometrics will be waived as well , since a few people with msc and the same timeframe got theirs waived, but I’m not too hopeful the longer I wait :(

Except my extension letter I never got anything else in the mail , is that normal ?

Are you form  CR1 case.
