Just got the USCIS letter in mail stating below that it has been transferred to local office what does that mean and it has the NBC address now

Yes , NBC is the new address. 
Mine was transferred from SRC to NBC on 11/2.

Case Approved 12/18 .

Where does it says that it has been transferred to a local office?

I also received my notice today, it says that has been transferred to NBC, same reasons. It kept the same 3 letters SRC.

Hey Guys , Received My 10 yr GC Today. Thanks For All The Help/ Remarks. Can’t Wait To Close This Chapter With Naturalization Next Year🇺🇸. Hope To See Everyone In That Forum.
