Good day everyone Im filing concurrently form I-765, I-485, I-864and I-131 through k1 visa. I live in Massachusetts and I sent in my paperwork last week Friday to 2501 south state highway 121 business suite 400, Lewisville, Tex 75607. I came on here and I found out I sent my documents to the wrong location. Please what do I need to do ?? Help!!

Not much you can do at this point. They will probably send the package back to you . Takes about 3 weeks from what I've seen here. Then you can send it to the proper address. I looked it up from the I-485 instructions and Here is the Link: https://www.uscis.gov/i-485-addresses . Read through it and choose the proper one according to your situation. By the way this is a I-751 subject. Perhaps if you search and find a I-585 subject you can get more information. Cheers

I would like to know has anyone used organizers like file fasterners to organize the document? or just used a paper clip to keep it simple?

 

Because I have seen some people say that using file fasteners can slow down the process, while others say it doesn't really matter

Hi @frank19910210 yes I used those  on top of documents. and used document separator too, where it identifies which documents go in that exhit.  PD: (Remember if the documents are super well organized and easy for your work the official will appreciate that.) there you can see in my photo. in the instructions you can also read how they like the folder to go.   everything is to your liking as you want to send it. if you want to put the alien on each page. In mine I also used a highlighter and they still revived them so it's a matter of taste to who does and who does not like.  in my case all the pages had my # alien except immigration forms and all my account statements and documents had a highlighter. Good day.

My wife noticed the $680 is pending withdrawal by a USCIS Phoenix in our bank as of today. But she still hasn't gotten a text to her phone or an email.

Did you guys fill out the form G-1145 for them to text you?

Yes, we filled out the G-1145 form which had her cell# and her email.

Good Well you might get it today. I got mine at 1:20PM. My check could have been in process the day I got my text but it was a holiday so showed up next day. Hopefully you get it later today.

Gotcha. I notice it's only around 8am in AZ time. 3 hours behind from East coast.
