Oh it is the same for me as well. Only one name was printed out, but not the other one. So I signed it as well. I believe it is a design flaw in the form when they create it (Suppose it should be automatically filled when it detects you have entered your name)

keep things interesting. If they send me a RFE at least I know they are looking at my case.

Sadly I think the waiting part is going to be the general theme moving forward. I can’t apply for citizenship now till September 2023. I’ll have to wait for 5 year rule instead of 3 now, so at least I guess I’m not in any rush haha.

Why 5 years? Did they update the law? So now its not after 3 years? Hmm

How the hell do you talk to a live person at the USCIS nowadays the automated system is so irritating. the system will tell you it can help even though you are asking to be connected to a live agent? what is that?

same as here its so annoying cant get ahold of the live agent too

Yeah my divorce got finalized, so I have to wait an additional 2 years now instead of being able to apply for citizenship in 2021.

Hello, guys (for those whose fingerprints were waived ) when you check your status online, does it tells your fingerprint is waived?

I an still trying to navigate through this my petition was accepted and my K2 fingerprint was waived, we got that letter. Now I know I have already asked a similar question but what I am trying to compute here is if this could be a case pf mail lost. Otherwise if my decision is still waiting it is funny to me how they could process the dependent while hanging onto the main applicant.

When I check the status online for my K2, it does not say a word about fingerprint waived.

my head is not spinning yet but it is just confuse.

hi. just to make sure that we are having the same issue. the name that was automatically printed was the us citizen name and it was only initials right? its driving us crazy that the system instead of filling out my spouse name, it just wrote her initials and full family name. when you signed the petitioner name, did you write the initials or the full name? just checking since you got already the NOA so they accepted it and we would like your help please :)

and I didn't fill in any name at all, just signed  it underneath the paragraph and they accepted my application. Maybe hear from them down the road but will deal with that later

hummm mine does not say of course I did not receive a letter. Now , if I check my daughter number, it should have been showing the fingerprints were waived , but nothing for now i can blame it on system update until I can talk to someone or go to an infopass appointment.

Hi guys just a quick question I received the case number via text on 10/15 and also received the letter on 10/19 but still unable to track my case. Whenever I search for it gives me a error case status does not recognize. Should I contact USCIS or its a normal thing and wait few more days. Thanks.

MSC

I have read this has been a problem with this center. I will let someone from this center chime in to help you. Maybe search the MSC topics to see if you can find something.
