hello everyone i tried calling USCIS regarding my biometric update but when i called their hotline i cant speak to tier1 or any agent its only automated voice how to get ahold to an agent / tier1?

Hi what number are you calling and  I have called USCIS 3-4 times and always spoken with agent after minimum 45 mins wait. I would just agent as soon as automated message started and then she would say what is it regarding I would give the form number then automatically they would ask for email I’d to send info I would keep saying agent agent and then you have to wait.... so try this if it works! All the best 😀

Oh it is a good news, do you mind also filling out the google sheet? So the information can be organized.

Thanks!

Hi, may I ask how did you fill in the part that not apply for you on the form like children, interpreter, preparer?

I put N/A for the name and the first line of address, other than that I leave it blank for those section.

My case is there too but I think that none of the YSC in September have updated biometric that means that the office is working slowly 😒
