Thanks!! I will read into it. I also had DACA for a while. Quick question, for removing of conditions no medical is needed?

Yup. I got super lucky. My mother was also able to adjust her status without leaving the country because of that 245I. Such a blessing! Because I think if you entered illegally you cannot adjust status ever.

Yes you certainly are! I read that nobody is eligible anymore after the cut off date in 2001, and I don't think they will have any similar law any time soon. 😐

i am an october filer, and on our group they are saying that the fee has been suspended. I alreatsent my package on October 4 and was received 10/05 with the new fee but still has not been cashed yet.

my question is, is this true? That the fee has been suspended? Because I already senty packet with the $760 check. 🥺

whoop whoop I'm back on this website after a long break of 2 years.

Must mean it's time to remove the conditions on my green card !! :D

They received my petition on the 22nd September (notice date and $680 fee take on Sep 25th).

My conditional resident status has "been extended for 18 months".

Now it's a looong waiting game!!! 😕

Welcome! I was also here 2 years ago but forgot my password! Oh wow that was quick.!
