Do all Cr1 get assigned to MSC?

Hi all,

Very new to this forum.

Application received 9/28. Money order cashed 10/5 or 10/6 ( I didn't check on the 5th but on the 6th USPS said money order cashed.)

My photo album ( very small)  were returned yesterday with letter dated 10/2.  I'm a little worried, should I send back the pics or should I wait on a Rfe? My husband things I should wait.

245I is a waiver for not being inspected at Boarder. Kind of like a I94 which my wife lost and took over a year to get copy. Her original visa was a B2 and she was an overstay for 24 years. I dont think you have a visa LOL
