I’m in the same boat :) my package was received on the 29th and I also haven’t heard anything! No text message, no card charged , nothing!
mom trying to stay calm and hoping to get my letter soon so I can finally book my flight to visit my family for the holidays

Yes the number you mentioned was the number I called, I was on hold for around 50 minutes and then I spoke with an agent.

He was able to tell me that it could potentially take up to 2 weeks, and it wasn’t in the system just yet, that’s why my card hasn’t been charged. He advised me to wait until next week and then if I haven’t heard anything, they can start looking at where the package is etc.

He said I shouldn’t worry just yet though, as they receive more than 1,000 packages a day. I guess it could take some people longer than others, especially considering this forum is a tiny sample of the ROC’s they’re receiving.

fingers crossed for all of us though!

Anybody knows why there are two codes for the same center? For example, VSC and EAC are for both service center, LIN and NSC are both for Nebraska SC. So why there are people who are getting LIN and others are getting NSC?

Thank you guys! I was starting to be worried too as my package got delivered on 9.29.20. But after reading the latest post it appears I am still well within timeline. For those who get the biometric waived, do they still cash the check?

Also I was updating the spreadsheet and I was curious, where do I find my local office for ROC. It has been a minute.
