So my package arrived September 24th at 1:13PM.

So i'm on like day 11/12 and my bank card still hasn't been charged. Do you think I should be concerned at this point? Maybe look into giving them a call? Call my bank?

Any insight/advice would be greatly appreciated. I wouldn't be as nervous but there's a lot going on right now, and I need the I-797 sooner rather than later to confirm my employment status with the company I work for.

I called them this past night and stated mine was received on the 29th. All they could tell me was that the i-797 should get to me within 15 business days and that my husband's card will be charged soon...

I too am worried at this point

Takes about a week from the delivery date to get the check cashed. A text will follow within a day or 2. About a week later your NOA should arrive. The Biometrics is dependent on the service center. if you look at the spreadsheet you should get an idea of the number of days. can be different by a day or 2 for no reason.

I  would, someone else here had their bank refuse to make the payment. See what they say.

I called my bank and they said there's been nothing pending, so I guess it's time to call USCIS haha.

I'm waiting on the phone with USCIS now, I'll let you know if they can provide me with any information.

Updated the spreadsheet - so what's the deal with processing centers nowadays, anyone know?  I'm assigned to Nebraska (LIN), I heard Vermont's the fastest.  USCIS processing times suggest that's the case at 11 months for 50% of cases, California slowest at 16 months for 50% of cases, the rest of the centers hovering about 13.5-14.5 months.  Is that about right?  Guess I'm glad it's not WAC.

For reference, my packet was received on Sat. 9/26, card charged on Sat. 10/3, and I just got a text with the case number today, Tue. 10/6.  Sorry to all who are hearing radio silence - no rhyme or reason to this, but I'm sure it will be fine!
