Hi everyone,

 

Just got an update on the case. Fingerprint is waived just like everybody else.

 

Now the real wait begins, hope the local office would start processing the documents soon as we don't have to provide biometrics

I-751 --> Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (September 2020) - MM/DD/YYYY

  • 09/11/2020 First of 90-day window
  • 09/14/2020 : Sent to USCIS Arizona Lockbox by UPS
  • 09/15/2020 : Arrived at Arizona Lockbox
  • 09/23/2020 : Receipt Msg, Service center: EAC
  • 09/25/2020 : NOA Received, dated 09/18/2020
  • 10/03/2020 : Biometrics waived. Fingerprints from previous petition are applied
  • 04/25/2021 : New Card Is Being Produced

 

N-400 --> Citizenship application (September 2021) - MM/DD/YYYY

  • 09/11/2021 First of 90-day window

Yes lol. The past month everything is moving super fast, from recing the package, getting the receipt, and fingerprints waived lol. 

 

Really don't know how long it gonna take for us to see the next update lol🤣

Start checking in June, maybe we will be on the low end of things. Hopefully no RFE in the meantime

Yes according to the app Lawfully, it says that our application would most likely to be approved during June to September, and only 17% chance to get RFE

Great. Yes I think they are waiving it for now so that they can continue the process but I guess eventually we have to appear for the biometric in future.

Why do u think this?

 

I mean why do you think we need to provide again the biometrics if they are already using the old one?

Got the pending charge on my card as of today, exactly one week after the package was delivered via USCIS. I requested a signature, not sure if that actually was applied, but it was delivered last Saturday and I hate Saturday deliveries. 

 

So exactly one week for the charge to go through. Now hoping they send mail to my mailing address, but I have informed delivery for my physical address just in case they mess up.

2015-11-23: Last TN received at CBP

2017-06-12: Married

2018-06-25: Mailed I-485, I-864, I-130/I-130A, and I-765 to USCIS

2018-07-24: Biometrics appointment

2018-08-28: Expedite request submitted for EAD via USCIS support line

2018-09-21: EAD and SSN received in the mail

2018-10-31: Interview is scheduled

2018-11-21: Last TN expired

2018-12-11: AOS Interview - Card is being produced

2018-12-18: Green Card received

2020-09-23: Mailed I-751 to USCIS

2020-10-03: 18-month extension NOA 

2020-10-15: Biometrics from AOS applied to ROC

Did you get a text with receipt number from uscis?

That's good news!

 

I'm still waiting for them to charge my card, getting nervous tbh. 😪

Hi, i have a question please help. ROC extension letter came on 8/11/2020 since then nothing happening still waiting for Biometrics. I came here as LPR spouse of a US Citizen . I have  submitted my ROC application on 7/23/20  ,  do still they can use my old finger prints on my file? and i have to travel in couple of months also, i am worried to travel on Extension letter , do i need I-551 Stamp to travel and come back?. my service center is MSC. All help will be appreciated...take care bye.
