hello everyone, this guy again with question. I received my text messages today and it got me curious.

anybody here have a K2 in their process?

I have a K2 and I got 4 messages with 4 different numbers. 3 of them start with MSC Which I am familiar with but the last one start with a LIN. i have 0 clue

those who files only for K1 how many receipt Number did you get ? because  by what angel  am I getting 4 ? I do not know

holla again guys I got it figured out. sorry to try killing your brains. The MSC were the messages received for  my previous petitions 2 years ago for AOS and EAD those are over now. my ROC is the number with the LIN

Yes I was going to say the same haha. Because when I check my message, there was one from MSC which got me confused. Then I realized it was the petition I submitted two years ago haha. I just never removed the message

  • 09/15/2020 : Arrived at Arizona Lockbox
  • 09/23/2020 : Receipt Msg, Service center: EAC
  • 09/25/2020 : NOA Received, dated 09/18/2020
  • 10/03/2020 : Biometrics waived. Fingerprints from previous petition are applied
  • 04/25/2021 : New Card Is Being Produced

 

N-400 --> Citizenship application (September 2021) - MM/DD/YYYY

  • 09/11/2021 : First of 90-day window

I have another question for all of you!

my plan was to book tickets to go visit family in Germany mid November as soon as I get the extension letter. Now I’m reading about the biometrics appointment and I’m getting nervous 😕 how long do people normally wait for that appointment ? And how long after sending the package in is that usually? I also read once that it’s possible to reschedule the biometrics appointment , is that true? I would stay with my family until mid January ....

According to the spreadsheet, only a few people have obtained (and got wavied) the biometrics. And all of them are from EAC, so it is really hard to see. I have seen people who have waited for month for this letter

Even if you get it, and if you have a friend who can check your mail, you can call and reschedule if you are out of the country. Chances are the date of biometrics might be months out and you would have time to get back and not have to postpone.

I think you will also get to know if biometrics is issued if you sign up for USCIS online account.

Took me 23 days to get waived letter. Have to wait and see if you get it waived.

I’m K1. I only received one receipt #. 
Not sure about the multiple numbers.

For us, it took them 6 days to cash the check and we received our NOA1 yesterday.

For us it was 13 days from when they received our package.....

Thank you, that relieves my anxiety a little. 

 

I need to confirm my employment status with my company (Disney), but they're also cutting 27k jobs. So there's a lot of anxiety in the air right now, and immigration doesn't help haha.

business days or total? 

 

I also did CC, so maybe that takes a little longer.
