I just spoke with a USCIS representative who confirmed the fee increase to $760 on October 2 (we already knew that) but she also said that the biometrics fee ($85) does not change. So as of Oct. 2, it will be $760 + $85 = $845.

No it is $760. Biometrics is included

Then in that case, the USCIS officer is giving out wrong information.

It doesn't matter in our case because we are sending out our packet today (overnight express USPS) and the USCIS representative (not officer, sorry that was a typo on my part) confirmed that if it is postmarked prior to Oct. 2, then it will be the current $680 (including biometrics). Thanks for the information. I don't want to spread misinformation here on Visa Journey, I was just repeating what the USCIS rep told me.

@Bob in Boston I live in Houston sent to Lewisville Address

But all I-751 files are processed by Arizona Office.(No matter where you live in the US) That means you sent to the wrong Lockbox address.

It was processed by Texas before, but they stopped processing because of workload so now only the Arizona one assume the responsibility to assume the processing of I-751 files

As of 19 August 2020 all petitions go to the Arizona Address. They might be sending it back to you.
