Should I just call Phoenix office? I could not even track the USPS code number on their website. I have no idea if my envelope was delivered. It has been 11 days since we sent it.

I would call USPS and ask about the package with the tracking number if you have one. And keep checking your bank accounts to see if your check or credit card has been cashed/charged.

I sent my package 09/18 was supposed to be delivered 09/21, I signed up for text notifications for the tracking #, on 9/22 I called USPS with the tracking info and they said it was running late, 2 days later no news still running late according to them, yesterday called again and my package is still "running late".

USPS is having lots of issues, but for my tranquility my card was charged yesterday with the $680 fee by USCIS.

I got my letter, Biometrics have been Waived, using the old prints..... Glad we don't have to miss work.

Letter was dated on the 15th so it was 11 days after the date of the NOA date which was 9/4/2020 for all you EAC Receipt holders. Be interesting to see what the other service centers will do.

I really hope and pray that this will happen to me too and I don’t have to go to a biometrics appointment 🙈 we will see and find out I guess!

Yeah that’s an old article the fees are increasing if you file after Oct 2. Until Oct 2 the fees are $680 after Oct 2 $760 this is from the USCIS website fee final rule PDF

I sent my package on Sept 16th, the check was processed on 24th, and today (26th) I got a text saying that my case is received with my case number. Whoopwhoop!

is that going to help? 🙈😂

From what I have read on here no. Your going to have to let USCIS take them. Its not bad, just 15 Mins or so and your out of there. Hopefully you get an appointment real soon.

Hi Bob, are they waving the biometric appointment just for the people who did it in the US for the adjustment of status?
