I got mine like 7 days after receipt of package at service center. that was a holiday so check showed processed next day.

Should I just call Phoenix office? I could not even track the USPS code number on their website. I have no idea if my envelope was delivered. It has been 11 days since we sent it.

Not sure if this helps, but I had my checks processed by USCIS last night.  My package was delivered to the Skyharbor Circle address on 9/11.

I will assume going to the USPS office to check first will a good move before calling them if that is an option.

I think the most you can do is to go to USPS and ask if your package has arrived securely. I don't think lockbox even has a phoen number, even if they have, I don't think they will answer you directly.

Check processed will be a  happy enough news for me. My package was delivered on Thursday. I want to hope/assume someone opened it on Friday so I will be looking out for the money running out of the account. That will give some peace even without the e notification.

Date i-751 was mailed with USPS: Sep 8

USCIS Az lockbox received: Sep 11

Check Cashed: Sep 17

Text Received: Sep 18 

18 month Extension letter I-797 received: Sep 25

MSC (National Benefits Center) processing it.

Now to see when the biometrics letter arrives

Did you  click for email and phone alerts? I did do that putting track code I would not wait just call usps helpline they will help track your package all the best

Is there a USCIS phone app (apple or on Android) so that I can easily check USCIS case status instead of logging on to the website ? 

I mean an OFFICIAL app from USCIS. I know there are third party apps that link to USCIS website to give you information but not sure if I can trust those with my info.

There is no official ones but there are some third-party ones available:

 

For Android, I prefer: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.spinachsoftware.immigration.uscis.casestatus 

For Apple, I use: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/case-tracker-for-uscis/id921827126

 

Both of them, you can check cases near you and you can see what their status. Because I have an Android phone and an iPad so I use both.

Yeah those are the best ones, there’s also another app that tracks your case and gives you an estimate on when your case might be approved based off previous cases from the same service center. https://www.lawfully.com download the app. I only just recently found out about it and it’s pretty useful you can also chat with people from the Same or similar timelines that can help if you need questions answered.
