The best advice for you is more facetime together.  For the two visits, how much actual time together?  More time in person will definitely help.

Good Luck!

That is quite a bit, but more time is always better.  Does you spouse plan to be there for the interview if at all possible?

Yeah, that is what I meant, shen May not be able to be in the actual interview with you, but it certainly looks good if she is there waiting outside.

Keep a positive outlook.  I am not an expert on MENA countries, but reading other threads, it seems the most important factor is in person time.

You may want to ask the moderators/organizers to move this to the MENA regional forum.  Simply hit the report button on your first post and someone can do that for you.

Good Luck!

it will be about the same as Morocco

married in 2020 so when she files 2020 taxes ,,  she needs to add you as spouse with W7 form for ITIN (paper filing not online)/ with all the delays now, you will not interview till 2021 so she has time to file joint with you (your income from Tunisia (tell her to file form 2555)

The Foreign Earned Income Exclusion (FEIE, using IRS Form 2555) allows you to exclude a certain amount of your FOREIGN EARNED income from US tax. For tax year 2019 (filing in 2020) the exclusion amount is $105,900.

as Mena countries like ours need to show we start to commingle assests because of the age difference of more than 10 years

it will be to your advantage if she is still of child bearing age

and also if your family has shown their approval (especially your mom) like photos of her with family (a few don't overdo it)

your visits together show good face time and another helps but coming for interview is no biggy as she can't go into embassy

they will ask when you were last together

If she needs any help,  she can message me

yes,  and your foreign income will be exempt unless you are terribly wealthy making over $105,000 USD a year

you have good quality time together

she can not have children  at her age so they will question you severely about this and up to u to convince the CO at embassy , that the 2 of u have talked of this and made the choice to marry
