Can anyone help me please for I don't understand why they gave my fiance a AP and then when he went back they told him it was being sent back to the USCIS for further review and I wrote to the Consulate and in my email they put " Due to the personal nature of the information"can anyone tell me what this means..Thank you

Can you fill is in on the details? AP you mean your fiancee came to USA on K-1, and married you, and you filed for AP and got approved, and your spouse returned home for something? Are you talking about getting the K-1 visa, has your fiancee been to the visa interview, and they denied the visa?

Can you please do a timeline it helps us understand your situation, not having one leaves us all in the dark, and can not answer your question with any degree of accuracy.

AP = Admin Processing.

The Consulate sent the petition back to the USCIS to re-validate it, since the Dept of State cannot readjudicate petitions. Could be that they dont believe its a credible relationship or some other problem with the petition. The OP would have to supply more details to make a credible guess.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

I just read your post you are more than welcome to join myself and others in the MENA forum Middle East/North Africa thread. There are people there who are going through Morocco who can and will help you and answer any questions that you might have. My fiance is from Egypt and he is on AP has been for 3 1/2 months. Administrative Processing is conducted for all middle eastern men. it is when the Embassy conducts more security checks and it could take 1-6 months to complete these checks or longer. Just put a post in the Middle East / North Africa thread and people going through Morocco will know more about that Embassy than myself. I know this is difficult just try to be as patient as you can it will all work out in the end. I wish you all the best on your journey!

The Moroccan Consulate has a lot of petitions from older female USC's for younger Moroccan males.

Many of whom have met on line and are not of the same religion.

So a hard Consulate for others to get through.

Then I suggest you consider never giving directions. Your directions were about as accurate as telling somebody in Oklahoma City to head North to find Texas and then telling them to look for Houston without mentioning they'll have to pass through Dallas first. :oops::oops:
