IR-1 CR-1 interviews after covid

my daughters documents have been accepted by NVC, but we have been waiting for her interview since may 2020.

 

the interview is to happen at Abu dhabi, UAE. 

 

have other countries started holding interviews for IR-1/CR-1 category?

Yes here in Jamaica they are doing interviews on those catergory you mention.

It all depends on the embassy. In Brazil, where COVID cases are still very high, the embassy is only doing emergency/expedited appointments.

Some places in Europe have resumed their interviews for the IR1 category.
