Error in uploading document

Hi, I just have my final document of my birth certificate left to upload at NVC stage. Has anyone has this error message showing? Screenshot_20200828-131329__01.thumb.jpg.17eb091fcfab2025fac2a1a0e7a7d35c.jpg

I have ensured it is below the 2MB size and it is in .pdf file. I have also tried on 2 different browsers and my mobile phone. 

 

Is anyone else able to suggest anything or had similar issues?

Yes, this is happening all the time, especially during "rush hour" - it means the server is unable to handle your request.

Just keep trying. At some point it will go through.
