Hello all,

I have a question regarding form I-212.

I’m an American citizen and applied for a K1 visa for my fiancé in Honduras. She came to the US back in 2003 illegally (she was 11 yers old) and was ordered deportation. Her mother didn’t show up to court and missed her court date. Then when she turned 18, she voluntarily left the country. It has been more than 10 years since she’s been in the US. Do we need to file from I-212 or since it has been more than 10 years she’s ok?

Thanks for any advice you can give!

Since it's been more than 10 years she won't need the waiver.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.
