Getting the Police report from Mexico

My CR1 is currently at the NVC stage, my husband is resident in Mexico and we need a police report, but because of the pandemic looks like offices are still closed. Has anyone in Mexico be able to get the police report of recent? Hope someone on here can help out, thanks!

Probably depends on the state.  Sonora is still issuing them.

Nevermind I googled it. I will probably just indicate on NVC that I can't provide the doc but will make it available during his interview. I have all his civil docs ready, just the police report keeping me back from uploading.

It is Hermosillo - But the certificate needs to either be on from the state (estado) or the federal.   If she lives in Mexico City just get the federal.

He lives in Mexico City. he went to the office and they were closed because of covid-19. We are really stressed as this is the only document holding us back.

I Found Someone in Mexico City to get it done for me, only Today I sent My Information to them Via DHL. At NVC stage I uploaded a Letter Explaining that i will have the police Record in time for the Interview.

Thanks @MrHanky, but he has gone to the location all they are closed. No notice for when they will be opening. Covid is really making things difficult

I've seen a lot of people post in the facebook group that they did it right in Juarez
