Rosepetal3333	Cr1	18-Sep	x	7	My husband was given a ds5535 and was in AP for 7.5 months. His visa got issued on its own, they asked for new medical. I was on the verge of suing the embassy but ended up not doing it because the visa got issued on its own. My advice would be to wait like 2 months then think about suing the embassy with a writ of mandamus. Good luck.

Was this at Islamabad embassy? My husband had a second oath/fingerprint and mini interview in July and was asked to submitted updated passport and medical which he did in august we’ve since been waiting.. without inquiry our date changed on its own the day before yesterday but prior to that the case only updates with inquiry and seems like always the basic automated reply

Hello my husband got a call from the embassy today and they asked if it was medical and passport he submitted and he said yes then they told him ok we’re sending ur passport to the officer to get processed. Our date changed on its on and went from refused to administrative processing, any idea if that’s normal  and a good sign?
