My wife called the embassy yesterday and got a similar response that they are only doing expedited cases right now. But we have seen people on the forum that got interviews scheduled. I think since they haven’t made any official announcement, this is what the employees are allowed to say.

If i talk to the embassy and if i dont talk to the embassy its the same thing. You know the same monoritored things. Closed due to covid this that 😭  they dont tell you anything  i dont know until when we ll be here in dark .

Whats ur dq date? I m new here...my dq date is 5th march....still case at Nvc

What will the embassy do? It has back log at nvc of 5 6 months   . When how will they clear it out . ??!! Plus the people getting dq today 😭 getting dq this week isnt really a happy news ITS PRETTY SAD.

Hi, i am LPR applied for minor children F2A, case DQ on 8/5/2020 , waiting since then for Islamabad Embassy to schedule interview. I hope Ban will not effect our case.
