But it's not surprising the entire population is petrified with fear since the entire societal system is built on censorship, Ostracizing those who speak the truth or facts (if it is not inline with mainstream rederick) and people relying almost solely on information filtered through different officials locally and higher up, add to that a president who says things in public addresses to his people such as the other day like "Without a vaccine ALL Fillippino's WILL DIE!! I ASSURE You!" and then you get the state of society as it is there now.
