My fiancés Visa interview is in 2 weeks, however we are getting increasingly worried because we have attempted to get her police certificate for months now and we repeatedly get no response back. How do we go about getting this police certificate in Mexico. It was a pain just to get this emergency interview, I dont want to waste it.

oh ok! So she can still get a PCC from Juarez? Is there any paperwork she needs to bring?  How long does it usually take to receive it once we arrive there?

Most likely an identification and you get it the same day. Yes, she can get the police record in Juarez. If you have any further question I also attached the number and extension above

You need a PCC from the state where she resides.  So DF in her case.

Estado de México is different from the DF which is now called CDMX anyway.  So she will need to go to a police station in the Estado de México and any other state she's ever lived in for at least 6 months.  My fiance has to make a special trip for this.

Instead of multiple Estado PCC just get the Federal.
