AOS -k1 visa REJECTED AUG 2020 HELP!!!!

Hello Everyone! 

 

My packet was recieved this MORNING AT USCIS CHICAGO (Attn:FBAS 131 S DEARBORN ST3RD FLOOR) 

SO... KUDOS to UPS, dlivery was uneventful. I feel much more relaxed, as I wanted the packet to arrive before my visa expired (the 90 days).

I was RECEIVED BY: MENDOZA.   and also says LEFT AT: MAIL ROOM.... I HOPE THAT IS NORMAL WHEN SENDING THROUGH THIS METHOD !

You do know that it wasn't necessary to send the medical with the initial application, right? You could have applied in March and bring the medical to the interview. 

no i didn't know that, and i don't have the vaccination in my home country so i didn't want to apply before that

"Applicants may submit the Form I-693 medical examination report to USCIS: Concurrently with the immigration benefit application; or At any time after filing the immigration benefit application but before USCIS finalizes adjudication of that application.
