Hi All,

So grateful for this community.

Two fees related questions for AOS:

1) I know that the fees for the I-485 for a person ages 14-78 is $1,140, plus $85 for the biometric fee, and the I-131 and I-756 have no fee when submitted with the I-485. However, do you have the pay the fee for the I-130 (spouse sponsorship) of $535?

2) Do you have to pay all those fees (I-485, biometric, and possibly I-130) with separate G-1450 forms (payment authorization), or can you add all the amounts together on one G-1450 form?

Hi @Ditte,i think you will get a better answer if your question is well phrased? Are you filling for adjustment of status after a k1 visa? Or what are you trying to do. If its AOS after K1 visa..All you need to pay for on the G-1450 form is the AOS $1140...and the other forms are free..the I130 form is not needed in this case.

N.B:- responding from the little i could make from your post.

Stay Blessed and good luck

Hi @TrustWorthy2019 Sorry, thank you for asking.
So we are filling for an AOS IR-1 / CR-1. So a green card for me through US citizen (my partner).
I am currently in the US on a F-1 visa (student) and we have to file the main forms I-485 & I-130 plus the additional travel and work authorization forms (I-131 & I-765). So now I know the fees for I-131 & I-765 get waived when you file them together with the I-485. Question: Do you also have to pay the I-130 fees when filling the total application?

And if so. Can you add all those fees together on one payment authorization form (G-1450)?

Ok, got it now.. since its two forms and different payments .i will say you are allowed to add another G-1450 form for the i130..
