Can’t open receipt notice

We received our receipt notice however I am unable to open it. I keep getting the message “there is no application set to open the document”

 

anyone have this issue?  Will this be mailed to us? If so when should we be expecting it? And is this receipt notice considered the I-797?

It sounds like you don't have a PDF client installed.

You'll get the same in the mail in about a week, maybe a little longer with everything going on.

Thank you.  I tried downloading a PDF reader and still no luck. Not sure why
