If you meant he affidavit of support, that goes with the DS-160.

I appreciate your comments/reply earlier. So affidavit of support is required for interview along with medical records etc.

I am us citizen and I will need to prepare that for my fiancé after I receive the approval letter nor 2 in couple of months. What kind of record do I need to show for affidavit of support? tax returns and handwritten statement?

also do I need to be present in interview or just my fiancé since I live in US?

I sent my files jan 2021 and received noa 1 middle of March 2021. Now just waiting.

Most recent tax returns IIRC; you don't have to be at the interview, though it can help.

For those who have filled out Form I-134, what number from your Form 1080 or Form 8879 when filing taxes do you put? Is it the adjusted gross income, my salary? I own my own business and this past year, my income fell so my salary payout was lower but after company distributions I'm well above the requirement to sponsor. Anyone know?

Thank you so much!! I called them and got the case number and invoice id! Im logging to

ceac.state.gov and get the below message. So first is the DS 160 and then we pay the fees?

Checking instruction to https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/step-2-begin-nvc-processing.html  and the guide here but is not so clear and dont want to any mistake!

Summary Information

K visas are nonimmigrant visas that assist spouses or future spouses of American citizens in entering the United States. As with all nonimmigrant visa applicants, a DS-160 must be filled out in order for a consular section to process the case.

New week new data. I added a new column for the weighted percentage remaining.  All it does is say what percentage of the row constitutes those in total waiting for their case to be accepted.  It's just a function of The total cases in the row (per 500 case batch) divided by the total number of cases in the month; multiplied by the percentage of people waiting for their case.

Was just feeling it could provide some additional insight, though all it really says is that the groups with the highest case density are the ones waiting the longest.

I think instead of going by date, it might be easier to check by WAC number. If you look at the graph dates for Sept 21 are split between 3 different WACs.

Our Timeline:

i29F Sent: 9/17/20

NOA 1: 9/21/20

RFE: 4/14/21

RFE Response Sent: 4/22/21

RFE Response Received: 4/26/21

NOA 2: 5/10/21

Interview Date: December 10, 2021

Hi😊 How can I do that?
Our wac starts at 209 😊

Look at your last five digits. My was in the 71500 range. So, there is 141 in my batch, and there are 64 approvals, 25 RFE and only 48 in progress. Which actually is pretty good because that means at least over half have been touched. And be reminded that 48 in progress might mean some from RFE that they are still working on that were received.

Somewhat slow day, though more of it was focused on handling RFE's.  We should see 50% of the cases being accepted by the end of the week.
