I'm a September 14 noa1, I'll try to file it again tomorrow and see the date I get, That form just seems like their way of buying more time tbh.

Have you tried calling since it’s passed the time? I’m a 9/14 also.

Even though it feels like September is slowing down, seeing your numbers shows it is in fact moving.

Also the 3 approvals and 1 RFE in my batch of 500 down in the next year's worth of codes but none of them being me makes me mash my face against the screen and scream, as we're all familiar with.

Previous Data Set 4/20;

Update for 4/23, in spite of the slowdown in cases September has averaged just over 60 cases per day in the previous 3 day period. Over 25% of cases for the month of September have been accepted!  Major note is that progress has started in the week of the 21st of September.  Still working on an alpha release of my tool to make the data acquisition easier; so I will try to have that ready for the next post.  Real life got in the way and I am sorry about that.  Things are still moving in September, best of luck to everyone else and I hope that everyone gets their approvals soon!

Thank you!! So if you add the approved + RFE they have already worked almost 50% of cases. Do we think the amount of RFE’s is causing the slow down? Almost 20% seems to be pretty high.

Quinn.. I totally feel you on wanting to mash my face against the screen LOL... Fingers crossed we get something this next week.. I know we are both late September filers!!

Also, I think 20% RFE seems to be normal?

Processed in each row is the total of cases that correspond to those batches.  Its a total of the cases that move from in progress to accepted, RFE, or rejected.  It also adds in the cases that are RFE and move back into in progress.

I think 20% is also normal, also there are going to be people who don't respond to the RFE and let them languish.  But yes, overall 35% of the month has been completed and the last week of the month hasn't begun processing yet.  I expect that to start either at the end of the upcoming week or in the beginning of the next week.   Which should easily bring the accepted count towards 50%.

I forgot to post yesterday's numbers because I was in a tabletop game that ran till midnight. I think I muddled some up as I was tired, so apologies if any numbers are slightly off, but this should give us hope!
