Thank you for proving my point.  USCIS at one point was planning on furloughing 67% (13,000) of their employees, but not they are not.  So as I stated, the 90% number was pure malarkey.  The actual number is 0%.

Shouldn't be surprising, from the inception of the Russia conspiracy they've not had any issue making stuff up re:Trump. As long as it gets them their way, lying is a-ok.
