When attempting to register it says,

Requirements for PDOS On-line Reservation/Registration:

Barcoded confirmation of appointment

Original valid passport (must be valid about six months before date of travel)

Original valid visa

One (1) valid identification card with photograph (eg., SSS ID, GSIS E-card, PRC ID, driver's license, postal ID, ARC, etc.)

Payment of Php 400.00 registration fee

You are trying to register for the WRONG seminar.   You need to register for GCP not PDOS

YMMV

The website is jacked because it says GCP then it goes to the PDOS registration. I don't see a registration for GCP

I've visited that site numerous times, but the links to the individual CFO locations do not work. I was going to cfo.gov.ph

Links not working might be because of the IP address.

I've tried that too. That page shows this information:

Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) and Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP)
https://cfo.ph/Online_PDOS_Account_Creation/

But when you go to create an account via the above url, it says a valid visa is required. It looks to be a registration for PDOS only.

Has anyone been able to schedule their CFO Guidance and Counseling appointment lately?

Were you able to get registered? Apparently I cannot figure it out. I went to the cfo.gov.ph website, but the registration links appear to be for PDOS.

That looks like process we are working through with my fiance. On the field where you enter the visa, it says that for GCP it is optional. But the web form requires something, so I put ISSUED, with the issue date from the CEAC web site. That allowed my fiance to get the info to make payment at Landbank while we wait for delivery of the visa. Hopefully that will work when we email back the scanned passport and visa, with the payment info. I still am not sure whether an interview will occur or not, but I think not. The sticker will be to my fiance back via courier.

Yes you are required now to already have the visa to take the CFO class. My wife will take it in about two weeks from now, just before she leaves PH. They are doing the classes online from what I understand. If you haven't completed the embassy stage and had your interview, taking the CFO is the least of your worries. The back log is growing.

I'm hearing differing reports about needing to have VOH. Some in the Facebook group said they didn't need it. Some said they did. These are all people who registered within the past week or two.

You can take GCP class from CFO without a visa. My wife took it today and we haven't had our interview yet.
