EAD/AP combo card renewal while AOS pending

Hi all,

My EAD/AP combo card expires in the end of October this year while my AOS is still pending.

After reading several threads and USCIS's guideline,

it seems that 2 passport photos are needed for both EAD and AP renewal.

Does it mean that I have to send 4 passport pictures for total? or just 2 pictures will be fine?

I sent 4 just like the initial application.
