Pick your relationship (fiance) and country (USA) first, and then the form will allow you to pick K-1 (that's what it says on your VJ profile anyway). If you have a K-2, that CFO needs to be done also.

Hey, I was Interviewed and had my medical last March 2nd. I was refused due to 221g section. They asked for IRS transcript. I sent it first week of March and USEM got it on the 18th. They called me, told me that I only have up until the 2nd  of September and if I am willing to Travel right away or redo my medical, Medical is expensive so I said yes. My visa was just issued today. So I have like 9 days from now.

My fiance did her medical around March 8, and we just opened her visa and the visa expires October 9th. I don't recall any restrictions from when I read the announcement from the state department about the extension. It's worth a call to find out why you didn't get the extension.

I don't have my visa yet. I am actually still waiting for it. I will try and give them a call.if my visa doesn't have extension. I'm quite a nervous rn actually. I hate the waiting game. 

 

When did you amd your fiance recieved your visa? Mine was issued last Monday.

Hers was issued 8/14, her daughter 8/18 and they received them yesterday, 8/25. Monday was a holiday and I think Friday was also.

My fiance received the CFO certificate/sticker in email a few hours after sending them the email with photos of her passport, visa, and the Landbank payment to CFO.

Thanks so much Jon, I'm about to pay the CFO today. Just waiting for the bank to open. If you don't mind me asking, where did you fiance had the delivery address? Is it in Manila or in the Province?
