How to track visa packet?

Hi guys, so I got my visa issued today after sending the documents I lacked. My question is, how to do I track the Visa packet, I called the hot line number an they said, only 2go will message me?  Is this correct? They haven't given me a timeline as well. Based on the details on the websites says, it was issued today. I spoke with a few people, they said I can track it using the UID number but I tried, it doesn't exist. Would it take a few days before it'll show on 2go website?

I am a bit worried because my visa expires on September 2nd. My time is too short.

If you were just issued the K1 VISA, you have 6 months from issuing of the VISA to travel to the states and enter.  At that point you have 90 days to marry.  Why would you think the VISA expires on Sept 2nd?

K1 Visa expires 6 months after the medical, not the date of interview or it is printed and affixed.

Because its common knowledge that it is based on the first day of the medical and not on the day of visa issuance

YMMV

Hey, I was Interviewed and had my medical last March 2nd. I was refused due to 221g section. They asked for IRS transcript. I sent it first week of March and USEM got it on the 18th. They called me, told me that I only have up until the 2nd  of September and if I am willing to Travel right away or redo my medical, Medical is expensive so I said yes. My visa was just issued today. So I have like 9 days from now.

If the visa isn't in hand you have even less days.

Do you have the CFO done?

I thought they extended the validity of the medicals by 30 days as a result of the pandemic.   You don't seem to have benefited from this.

Hopefully it is on the VISA.

But I doubt the OP took the other steps in being ready.

Nope, I can't get an appointment from them If I don't have my visa yet on hand. And yes, I have less days than that that's why I am worried. I wanted to know how to track my visa packet and know if how long does it normally take for 2go to message me.. I am kind of scared and nervous right now actually.

I asked them as well but they told me that the extension is case to case basis and unfortunately, it doesn't benefit on my case.

Sounds like you will be waiting for 2go.  Normal time is 4 to 10 days.  What does the status say?

For CFO you do it online:

3 days after my fiance's daughter's visa status went to Issued (8/18), she got a message from 2go that the visa would be ready for pickup after the long weekend, which is today. After that she got an email with the tracking number. That's 7 days, but with 1 or 2 holidays in there also.
