Hey guys!

My husband is a full-time student so he does not work at the moment.

Does anyone have experience in expediting EAD due to this reason (and emotional hardship as well)?

I can also attach my invoice for the wisdom tooth extraction which is quite pricy for us in this situation but maybe will not cound towards my case.

 

Or, maybe it makes more sense to contact a congressman?

 

Please share any experience.

No harm in requesting an expedite alone.

Do you have a joint sponsor for the I-864?

 

Edit: Also, if you have  a job offer, you can try that way as well.
