I always see people from the South. So I'm courious if anyone here from North Vietnam because I'm from the North and i'm wodering why my case takes so long time.

Just be patient....... Maybe Bac Ho does not want you to go......... Stay back with him Just kidding, Don't worry too much, you will get your appointment for the Interview. Make sure you get all your evidences ready for the interview.......

For now spend more time with your family, and treasure it more. Don't rush it.. so much. Once you get here, you will all the time in the world with your love one. YOu will have all the free time and dont know what to do with it. and face with the boredom.... home sick.. Sorry to say this but you will see it soon. Treasure the time with your family and gather all your Evidences.

Make sure take your Birth Certificate and get it translate to English. Pay them a bit more to get few extra copies of the English Version of your Birth Certificate. You will need it to file for Green Card Application.

Also about your case, it does not matter you from the North or South. It will not delay you because of it. People got their case delay or took a long time because of different situation (Divorced case did not clear, not enough Income, incomplete applications, etc..) You just have to be patient...

I dont know what make my case be delayed. Kevin and I have never get married before. He has his own company which is about telephone and VoIP, it's running very well. He also hired lawyer in the States helps us about forms before.... I'm just curious and wondering. Anyway, I will be patient. That what i can do just now

OH. About what you said, Kevin and his mom worried I would be home sick or be lonely before... He thought about it a lot. But he said he will do all the best not to make me feel bored. He will take me to his office everyday with him till i get a good job there. And i can work for his company, help him. I have bachelo of IT.

I also hope i will have good friends there too to hang out or shopping. hehehe.
