Shipping from PI to an FPO address

hi. has anyone here tried sending a package/document from manila to an FPO address? fiance is currently on deployment and i need to send something to him. just have no idea if fedex/dhl/lbc recognizes such addresses. also, cant seem to find a proper answer from google or even here in vj. i dont trust philpost so.. it's not an option. thanks!!

FedEx can deliver to a PO Box with its FedEx SmartPost shipping option. ... FedEx SmartPost can ship to PO boxes all across the United States as well as all U.S. territories and military DPO, FPO and APO destinations.Oct 17, 2019

 FPO is a USPS delivery address only
