Hi,

So i'm in process for adjustment of status and I just got my appt set up for the biometrics and was wondering what comes after that? I also filed papers for a travel (leaving the country) and a work permit. Does that come before the we receive notice for the interview? Or what exactly comes after this and the time-frame for events after this?

Thank you so much.

Filed: Citizen (apr) Country: Germany
Timeline

Totally depends on your local field office. If they're fast you might never get the EAD/ AP before the interview. If they're slow you should expect the EAD/ AP about 6 months after filing ( well if you just filed last month. Everybody who filed before covid hit is kinda in the air for an halfway exact timeline )

If you would fill out your timeline and let us know about your LFO we would be able to help better
