So for some reason my co sponsor is really delaying my application, she has given me everything except her 2019 tax returns, I have the w2 tho , should I just submit everything then wait for an RFE for her tax returns( by then I’m sure she will have it ) , it’s getting frustrating, time is moving and I’m getting scared of new changes that may come . What do you guys think ? Wait for her tax returns or just file the application and wait for the RFE , she’s been delaying me for more than a month !

I'd tread lightly. She may be having cold feet. We have seen cosponsors change their mind before.
