DQd since February 2020 check status outside and shows at NVC

Hello, I am applying to bring my wife to the U.S, I am DQd since February 2020, checked status today in the "check non immigrant visa status" of the CEAC website (where you do not enter your invoice ID) and it shows AT NVC, and then it says applicant has to submit documents and what not, but I have been DQd, anybody in the same boat? or has an explanation why is it not showing DQd outside my private view? (inside CEAC when putting your invoice ID)
